The first load gathers symbol art, fonts and audio, which can take longer on a slow connection. Give it up to a minute, then refresh the page if nothing happens. If the loader still hangs, try another browser or disable any extensions that block local content.
I can’t hear any sound.
Modern browsers mute audio until you interact with the page. Click anywhere on the play stage, then check that the speaker icon inside the cabinet isn’t off. The browser tab itself can also be muted from the right-click menu.
The age gate keeps appearing on every visit.
That usually means your browser is in private/incognito mode or your storage is being cleared on exit. If you allow site storage on a normal window, the gate will only appear once.
I want to start fresh.
Open your browser settings, find this site under site data, and clear it. The next visit will behave like a first visit — fresh age check, fresh preference choice, fresh in-game state.
